Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
- Shipping costs vary based on the dimensional weight and actual weight of your package.
- Shipping is free for purchases of €200 and above.
Delivery Timeframes
- The delivery timeframe for standard products within Montenegro is a maximum of 5 business days.
- For hotel textiles and amenity products, we operate on a pre-order system:
- Products in stock will be delivered within 5 business days,
- Products not in stock and requiring production will be delivered within 45 business days.
- For custom printed products, which are entirely made-to-order, the delivery timeframe is 45 business days.

- The stated delivery timeframes begin after your order is confirmed.
- Public holidays and extraordinary circumstances may affect delivery times.
- You will be notified in advance of any possible delays in delivery timeframes.
